But here again the problem arises: Flash since version CS 4 does not support saving a version of the MX! I am sure that there must be a plugin removes all enhanced fill and stroke automatically! I had to go in to every instance and manually change the gradient fills back to "extended." Also, many of the strokes where causing an issue because they had been capped as "round" instead of "none." (on the right side of the shape property box, only active in 8) just turning them back to "none" still prevented exporting in Flash 6, each had to be deleted and redrawn with the export setting set to "Flash 6" What a pain...
